Registration steps:
Method 1: Click on the Account drop-down menu in the menu bar, select My Account, enter the registration page, select Sign Up, enter Email First Name、Last Name、Password、Confirm Password, And check the terms below and click Sign Up.
Method 2: Click on the character icon next to the shopping cart in the upper right corner, enter the My Account page, select Sign Up, enter Email First Name、Last Name、Password、Confirm Password, And check the terms below and click Sign Up.
① Log in to your account;
② Select the product you need and click Add to basket, you can continue to choose other desired products;
③ After completing all your selections, click on the View basket at the top of the page/click on the shopping cart icon;
④ After confirming that the specifications and quantity of the selected product are correct, proceed to the next step (shipping is not required here);
⑤ Fill in the Shipping address and select any payment method.

Please confirm the address before placing the order. The address cannot be changed after placing the order.

Return and Exchange Process
- Submit Application: Choose either “Email Application” or “Online Customer Service Feedback” to submit your return or exchange request.
- Approval: The platform will review your application within 1-7 working days and notify you of the result via in-site customer service messages or email.
- Return the Item: After approval, please return the item to the provided address. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the responsible party:
- Merchant’s Responsibility (e.g., quality issues, description mismatch): The merchant will cover the shipping cost.
- Personal Reasons: You will cover the shipping cost.
- Refund or Exchange:
- Once the merchant receives the returned item and confirms it is in order, they will process your refund or re-ship the item within 1-7 working days.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- For specific return and exchange issues, please refer to the 【Return and Exchange Policy】
- On the login page, click on ‘Forget Password?’.
- After entering“Username/Email”, click Email Reset Link.
- View the email sent by onedemi in your mailbox and click ‘Click here to reset your password’.
- Reset according to the prompts.
Method 1: Click on the Account drop-down menu in the menu bar and select Addresses to configure the shipping address.
Method 2: After the purchase is completed, fill in the address during settlement.
Please record a unboxing video. If you find any damage or functional issues with the product during transportation, please contact customer service. Customer service will reply to your message within 24 hours. If the buyer causes damage to the item, the buyer shall be responsible for the damage and the merchant shall not provide compensation.
